Our return policy provides guidance for customers who may be dissatisfied with their purchase.
 
NOTES:

1. Customers have 72 hours delivery to check for warranty coverage. If a defect is identified within this timeframe, we will replace       the motherboard (refunds are not available).
 
2. Motherboards do not include a camera (Camera must be purchased separately).
 
3. Any PCB issues must be returned within 72 hours via courier or postal service, and the receipt should be sent to our official              WhatsApp.
 
4. Please record a video while opening the package upon delivery for verification purposes.
 
5. Failure to record Video may result in the company not being responsible for any internal damage.
 
6 Our motherboards are primarily used but are genuine and in untouched condition.
 
7. Prices NOT include GST; however, an additional 18% applies for GST.

8. Old Motherboard Must be return to the Company if you need IMEI Bill. (no worries about its condition!)
    Old Motherboard will collect by the company's Courier Service after Delivered The Fresh Motherboard to Customar

9. All Motherboard IMEI number 100% Checked by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA (MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS) WEBSITE                            CEIR.GOV.IN, MOTHERBOARD USE FOR LEGALIZATION. so in future Company Will not take any Resposebility About this.

10. Please ensure compatibility (Similar) with your old PCB before placing an order, as incorrect orders cannot be replaced.
**SHIPPING INFORMATION**

1. Please ensure you provide a complete address, including a landmark, as well as both primary and secondary phone numbers.

2. For cash on delivery (COD) orders of motherboards, the COD charge must be covered by you first, Without Courier charge company will not be confirm the order.

3. COD is available for products priced between 1500 and 10000 Rupees; orders below 1500 Rupees require prepayment & above 10000 must pay extra rest of Amount.

4. Courier services are exclusively available through DTDC and  Delivery Courier.

5. It is essential to confirm your PIN code to identify the most suitable courier service.

6. Courier charges are to be borne by you, based on the weight of your package, typically a prepaid service for packages under 250 grams costs 150 Rupees.
